Executive professional narrative

Ola is a senior product leader who turns complex operational workflows into reliable enterprise products and measurable outcomes.

His career began in analytics and operational problem solving, expanded into enterprise business analysis and technical product ownership, and progressed into formal product-management leadership across Nike and HCA Healthcare. That progression spans product strategy, platform and workflow design, APIs, data products, quality, governance and cross-functional execution.

He goes deep enough on APIs, data, workflow states, automation and AI-enabled operations to make sound product decisions while keeping accountability clear. Specialized agents and technical collaborators accelerate research, implementation, validation and evidence; Ola retains ownership of prioritization, trade-offs, risk, release and expansion decisions.

Alongside product strategy and delivery, Ola is a formal people manager. Since January 2024, he has managed up to 10 direct reports within DNA/Helix, owned end-to-end hiring for three Junior Product Owners and coached 15 employees in product ownership and end-to-end feature delivery. Across multiple roles since 2014, he has also provided matrix leadership to cross-functional groups of up to 20 simultaneous contributors.

Healthcare is evidence of operating in high-complexity, high-consequence environments rather than Ola’s entire professional identity. At HCA Healthcare, he works across authorization, denial, payer, clinical and revenue-cycle workflows. His scope includes API and governed UI paths for payer responses and clinical-documentation requests and submissions, with validation, normalization, state synchronization, priority determination, exception handling and prioritized queue ingestion.

He brings SQL and analytics fluency, API-platform and workflow depth, and practical experience governing AI-assisted performance investigation and release intelligence. FHIR and HL7 remain supporting interoperability experience rather than the primary positioning claim.

Ola designed and governs MIN–MAX Living, a restricted owner-only QA multi-agent product-delivery system; external beta has not started. He also created Ola Sobo’s MIN–MAX product decision framework. Together they demonstrate a broader approach that transfers beyond healthcare: make responsibilities and evidence explicit, design for exceptions, preserve accountable human decisions and use post-launch learning to improve the product.

AI accelerates evidence synthesis and communication; Ola retains human ownership of prioritization, query and indexing choices, controlled testing, product judgment, risk, validation and release decisions.
