Ola’s current focus is turning complex healthcare operations into scalable workflow, automation and data products.

At HCA Healthcare, he works across authorization, denial, payer, clinical and revenue-cycle workflows. His product scope includes intelligent work orchestration, governance and auditability, closed-loop external-review workflows, integration reliability and workflow experience.

His career progressed from analytics and business analysis at Polaris Limited to technical product ownership, enterprise product management at Nike and healthcare data-product leadership at HCA Healthcare.

Ola combines product strategy with technical fluency in SQL, Python, analytics, APIs, integrations and data platforms. That range helps him translate across executive, operational, clinical, UX, engineering and data perspectives without losing the decision the product must improve.

His leadership philosophy is practical: prioritize the highest-leverage problem, make states and trade-offs explicit, define success before development and use post-launch evidence to decide what changes next.
