Sources and measurement

The percentage outcomes are internally reported within their individual workstreams. Payer-response hours are an annualized estimate following the 2025 implementation. Performance figures come from the documented team UAT comparison. Each measure has its own scope, period and population; the figures are not combined into a single return.

Impact cross case limit

These figures cover separate workstreams and different units. Worklist UAT functionality compliance and Nike adoption change answer different questions, with separate or unpublished populations and periods; they do not form one success rate. A résumé role description establishes scope, not a separately audited business result. The two Nike 20% figures concern adoption and post-implementation defects, so adding them into one 40% result would misstate both measures. The public record does not provide a common population, baseline, cost rate or attribution basis for combining the portfolio figures into a dollar return.
